Privacy Policy

Giftware Agencies undertake to protect any personal and/or business information provided to us.We will not provide your information to any third parties without contacting you and receiving your permission unless required to by law.

Payment Methods

Payment can be effected by Credit Card or Direct Debit. Contact Giftware Agencies for further detalis.

Ordering Policy

As a wholesale supplier we only supply businesses that have registered and provided a current Australian Business Number.

Overseas orders will be considered on an individual basis.

Most products do not require a minimum quantity to be purchased however certain sets of products can't be divided and require the complete set to be purchased. Requests for orders that vary from this policy will be considered on a case by case base, to make such a request please contact us directly.

You may also order by Phone, Fax, email or at Trade Fairs.

Freight Policy

When registering for a giftwareagencies.com.au username and password you will be prompted to select a delivery method / type, any cost associated with your choice will be automatically added to your online purchase. If you do not wish to use one of our preferred delivery options you can choose to handle freight yourself, in which case a Giftware Agencies representative will contact you and request details on your preferred carrier etc.Please note that this option could lead to significant delays in delivery of your order.

When using one of our preferred delivery methods:

Returns Policy

Should the goods supplied not be as ordered or faulty please contact Giftware Agencies immediately.

Requests for refunds or credit will not be considered after 7 days.

DO NOT send goods back to Giftware Agencies without first contacting Giftware Agencies.

Freight charges for returned goods will be at the customer's expense.

Should you change your mind about goods when the order is received, this will not be considered as a reason to return goods.

Credit Notes will be issued if your request for a refund is accepted by Giftware Agencies.
