If there is a fault with a product or it has been damaged in shipping, where shipping is provided by a Giftware Agencies preferred supplier, please contact us immediately via our email address, sales@giftwareagencies.com.au with photos and a detailed description of the damage to resolve the problem.
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
For faulty or damaged products Giftware Agencies will replace or refund the goods, a photograph is required. For refunds the full amount will be credited via the original method of payment including any shipping costs.
We do not refund for change of mind or where an item has been damaged during a shipping method explicitly requested by a client preferred carrier.
Where an item has been onsold we can not guarantee a return until the circumstances around the requested return has been fully established.
