Shipping & Delivery


Please remember we are wholesale business and therefore can not sell to any individual who is deemed to be a consumer rather than a retailer.

We value the choice of our clients and as such shipping can be done via two methods, Giftware Agencies chosen carrier such as Sendle or Australia Post. A client can
also choose to use their preferred carrier, however please be advised that some carriers will not collect directly from our warehouse and therefore a metro delivery fee will be incurred.

Most metro deliveries which include all suburbs between Yanchep and Mandurah and as far east as Mundaring are based on a flat fee of $15.00 significant increases in freight charges have occured recently and these charges need to be recovered Regional and remote charges will be at cost
are based on the cheapest rate offered between Sendle and Australia Post.

Where collection from the warehouse is requested we will require 24hrs notice in order to ensure your order is processed and packed accordingly.

Orders are processed from our Perth office usually within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. Delivery is generally within 1-5 business days (except some regional areas which can take up to 10 days).

Express Post provides next business day deliveries to most Australian addresses. To check if your delivery area is within Australia Post’s next day delivery network, please click here – Australia Post Express Network

Please note cut off time for Express Post orders to dispatch same-day is 1pm AEST, extra costs may be incurred for this option.


Please note that we operate on a backorder system as we can run out of stock towards the end of each month. As such backorders are not able to be cancelled given we need to base our ordering on both predicted sales and generated backorders within any one month.

We are sometimes subject to our suppliers placing us on backorder which can draw out the backorder timeframe. Should you have any queries about your backorders we ask that you contact us via email at Backorders do not incur freight charges unless further items are added.

In the event that you wish to modify or cancel your order you will need to do so within 4hrs of your order being placed as your order may have already been picked and packed with a courier booked. If a modification or cancellation is required please contact us in writing at
